Frozen small french baguette made of the appetizing dough into individual portions. Ideal for chunchiest continental bread sandwiches.

Water, corn starch, tapioca starch, sourdough (rice flour, water), rice syrup, buckwheat flour, high oleic sunflower oil 8,3%, vegetable fibre (psyllium), potato protein, yeast, salt, sugar, emulsifiers (mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate), thickeners (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, xanthan gum), flavor.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND USE

Keep up to -18ºC. Once thawed, keep in refrigeration, consume in three days and do not refreeze. For consumption, thawed inside the container at room temperature, 30 minutes before consumption or without defrosting, bake at 180ºC for 8-12 minutes inside the container. Once baked consume at the moment and do not leave the bread inside the container.
